红薯/栗子/食用油/白砂糖

1、栗子洗净,用菜刀底部戳进栗子壳少许,然后连着栗子往砧板上剁一下,霍出一个口子。

2、放入可微波的容器中,用扎了气孔的微波保鲜膜封住(有带气孔的盖子更佳),入微波炉高火叮2-3分钟,让栗子切口张开。

3、取出,加一勺食用油、一勺白砂糖,充分摇匀。

4、重新覆盖新的保鲜膜,同样需要扎气孔,再次放入微波炉高火叮2-3分钟。

5、取出油亮亮的糖炒栗子,吃吧!

接着再烤个微波炉红薯
1、挑偏长型的红心红薯,表皮洗净后在盐水中浸一小时,会让红薯更松软香甜。取出用打湿的厨房纸巾包两层。

2、放入微波炉高火叮8分钟,再翻面叮3分钟。
